Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
FUEL Innovation Design & Manufacturing (“FUEL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through fuelinnovate.com, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, company, project stage, and the message you send. Your name, email, and message are required so we can respond; the rest are optional.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers process limited technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project,
- send you a confirmation that we received your message,
- keep reasonable records of our business communications, and
- protect the site and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Service providers and where your data is processed
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and the contact form:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the Turnstile bot-protection check on the contact form. Cloudflare processes your IP address to tell real visitors apart from automated abuse.
- Resend delivers the email that is generated when you submit the contact form.
These providers act on our behalf and may use your information only to provide their service to us. They are located in the United States, so the information you submit may be stored or processed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of that country, including lawful access by foreign courts and authorities.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The Turnstile bot-protection check may store a token in your browser for the sole purpose of confirming you are not a bot when you submit the form.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as we need them to respond to your inquiry and to maintain reasonable records of our business communications, after which we delete them. Technical logs held by our providers are retained for shorter periods under their standard practices.
Your rights and choices
Under PIPEDA and Alberta’s PIPA, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements. You may also withdraw your consent for us to contact you at any time. To make a request, email us at [email protected], and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and secure handling of the information you send us, to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date, and material changes are reflected by an updated date at the top.
