Our Work
A selection of products we have engineered, built, and helped bring to market. Each one moved from concept toward production with our team close to the work.
Selected projects

Solar Panel Lift
FUEL's portable manual hoist system designed to safely and easily lift solar panels and equipment up residential rooftops via standard extension ladders. The complete lifting solution features a unique auto-locking pulley system and optional CarryALL attachment for transporting racking, inverters, and tools.

Dynamic Joint Positioner
FUEL collaborated with Tactile Orthopaedics on the development and early manufacturing of dynamic joint positioners which are used for surgical training without the use of cadavers. Tactile currently offers knee positioners as well as shoulder positioners as part of their surgical training platforms.

Remote Ischemic Conditioning System
Dr. Aravind Ganesh, a vascular and cognitive neurologist at the University of Calgary, is advancing the use of Remote Ischemic Conditioning (RIC) for the treatment and prevention of neurological disease. FUEL is collaborating with Dr. Ganesh on the design and development of a novel RIC system to support this work, building on his research leadership in the field, including his first-author commentary on RIC for stroke prevention published in The Lancet Neurology.

Premium Crutch Alternative
XLEG is the best crutch alternative for staying mobile while you heal. FUEL played a key role developing the current device through mechanical and textile design, and building manufacturing capacity for Robinson Exotech Corp.
